There are many uses for the dog crate cage, but probably the most common use is for housebreaking a puppy or dog of any age.

You can get a dog travel crate which will fit into your automobile while on the journey. It may also have a plastic base which is easy to clean, and insulated so your pet will feel more comfortable resting on it.
Plastic dog crates and kennels are often used as animal transport cages for transporting smaller dogs. Although they are lightweight and durable they don’t offer as much light as the wire dog crate, and are probably best used purely as a dog travel cage for visits to the vets etc.
The soft dog crate comes in sizes that are ideal for the home, but also in sizes to carry the small dog or puppy. It will be well ventilated and when not in use can be used to store your pet’s grooming equipment.
Dog cages come in many sizes and colors too. You can find blue and pink dog crates for sale, but the most common choice tends to be the gold metal dog cage, the silver wire dog cage or the black dog crate.
When it comes to sizes, you can find a small dog crate that measures as little as 18 x 12 inches, and an extra large dog crate that measures around 54 x 35 inches.
